PRODUCTION TIME: Felt orders have a production time of up to 20 business days after payment confirmation, depending on how busy our schedule is. In specific cases where there are custom details or customizations, we will contact the buyer, so please remember to check our messagens in order for the deadline to be met.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of order cancellation where the product has not yet been completed, the buyer receives a full refund with the total amount of the order. If the piece has already been finished, there will be a refund of only 50% of the value of the product + the full shipping cost.
