All pieces are subject to slight variations due to melting by hot iron, as well as a possible color difference due to lighting, but we guarantee good quality. Our pieces have a front and a back side; we usually leave the holes more apparent on the back side so that there is no excess melting on the right side.

PRODUCTION TIME: Perler Beads orders have a production time of normally 15 working days after payment confirmation, depending on your position in our order queue. In specific cases where there is a choice of custom color or detail, we will contact the buyer to confirm that the piece is as desired, so please remember to check our return, so that the deadline can be met.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation of the order where the part has not yet been melted, the buyer receives a refund of the total amount of the order. If the part has already been melted, there will be a refund of only 50% of the value of the product + the cost of shipping.
