PRODUCTION TIME:
Felt orders have a production time of up to 20 business days after payment confirmation, depending on how busy our schedule is. In specific cases where there is personalized details, we will contact the buyer to confirm it is to their liking, so please remember to check our messages, so that the deadline can be met.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, if the piece has not yet been finished at the time, the buyer receives a full refund.
If the piece has already been finished, only 50% of the product's price + full shipping cost will be refunded.
