CANCELATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are a studio that produces your order from the moment of purchase. In the event of an order cancellation where the piece has not yet been completed, the buyer will receive a refund of the full amount of the order.
If the piece has already been completed, only 50% of the product value + shipping costs will be refunded! Be careful!
Our store does not offer exchanges or returns of products, as the cost of return shipping ends up causing us losses. However, refunds will always be considered if the product arrives to you with major defects due to delivery or production errors:
For payments made by paypal deposits, the refund will be made on the same account.
For payments made by card, the refund period will be decided by the issuer.
IMPORTANT! If the package ends up being returned to us due to insufficient address or any other error on the part of the buyer when filling out their delivery information and/or receiving the package, we will only offer a refund for the products, not the shipping, since this amount is not returned to us by the post office and we will be at a loss.
Orders that experience any type of complication at the time of delivery are kept for one week at a specific agency in the buyer's city, who has this period to pick up the order in person, providing the tracking code. You can find all this information by searching for the status of your order using the tracking code on the post office website. We will try to contact you by the means provided to confirm this situation, so always keep an eye on the tracking and your email.
