COMMISSIONS POLICY
 

  • We reserve the right to refuse commissions that harm the integrity of any individual or go against our morals.

  • We will not accept any inappropriate or explicit request.

  • Orders are placed privately and securely, personal data and comments will never be shared publicly unless permitted by the costumer. Specific details about the commission will be exchanged with the customer and personalized orders will only be finalized after full payment of the order, to assure the commitment of the costumer.

 

 


PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING DEADLINES

  • All of our products are made to order, so our production times also depend on several factors: material, size, quantity, as well as your position in our order queue.

  • Orders can take between 5 to 40 business days to ship, please check the product description for more specific details. We encourage you to contact us via chat or instagram in case of any questions. Shipping for international territory will always be calculated through our main postal office service, Correios. Delays in delivery that occur due to the carrier are not controlled by our store.

 

 


CANCELATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • In case of cancellation of the order where the product has not yet been finished, the buyer receives a refund of the total amount of the order.

  • If the product has already been finished, there will be a refund of only 50% of the price of the product + the full cost of shipping.

  • Our store does not offer product returns, as shipping cost is way too high for us to cover it back. However, refunds will be considered if the product arrives with some irreparable defect.
