We are a small studio focused on geek culture, creatinhg reproductions of characters and caricatures from various media in our own styles, which classifies our products as FANMADE (made by fans). We do not own the rights to any of the media represented. Our production is completely handmade, and we create pieces based on commissions and small orders, never allowing it to being resold in batches to make a profit on a large scale.

COMMISSIONS POLICY
 

We reserve the right to refuse commissions that harm the integrity of any individual or go against our morals.

We will not accept any inappropriate or explicit request.

Orders are placed privately and securely, personal data and comments will never be shared publicly unless permitted by the costumer. Specific details about the commission will be exchanged with the customer and personalized orders will only be finalized after full payment of the order, to assure the commitment of the costumer.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING DEADLINES

All of our products are made to order, so our production times also depend on several factors: material, size, quantity, as well as your position in our order queue.

For international orders, our website's shipping calculator needs to be configurated according to the country you're ordering from, which we need to do manually. That is why any international order needs to be talked through with us first so we are aware of where you're buying from, so please send a DM to our instagram: @_artesanashop or message us through the website chat ( we might take a little longer to answer through this method )

Orders can take between 5 to 40 business days to ship, please check the product description for more specific details. We encourage you to contact us via chat or instagram in case of any questions. ​ Shipping for international territory will always be calculated through our main postal office service, Correios. Delays in delivery that occur due to the carrier are not controlled by our store.
