PRODUCTION TIME: Botton orders have a production time of up to 15 business days after payment confirmation, depending on how busy our schedule is. In specific cases where there is a choice of custom color or detail, we will contact the buyer to confirm the product is as desired, so please remember to check our messages, in this way the deadline can be met.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation of the order where the piece has not yet been completed, the buyer receives a refund of the total amount of the order. If the piece has already been finished, there will be a refund of only 50% of the value of the product + the cost of shipping.
